The AOTE Culinary Association consists of the finest culinary organizations from across the area. Be it fine dining, gourmet catering or specialty-foods retail, the culinary association works to bring our audiences deliciously edible art that truly adds the “all inclusive” atmosphere of each event. In addition to bringing the best food to our guests, the AOTE is helping bring the guests to the best food. To this affect, the AOTE works closely with local restaurants and nightclubs to develop “AOTE-only” discounts.
Be it fine dining, gourmet catering or specialty-foods retail, Arts on the Edge’s Featured Culinary Artists serve up deliciously edible art that truly adds to the “all inclusive” atmosphere of each event. From ox tail to Caribbean beef empanadas, to smoked salmon mousse, our chefs are invited to be as creative and adventurous as possible in order to compress an entire artistic theme down to just two bites.
